WARRANTY REGULATION
The warranty applies only some part in each product from the date of purchase, as mentioned below:
- Food Mixer’s Motor and Control switch = 1 years from purchase date
- Electric BBQ&Hot Pot’s Heating Plate and Control switch = 1 years from purchase date
- Electric Toaster Oven’s Heating element and Control switch = 1 years from purchase date
- Blender’s Motor and Control switch = 1 years from purchase date
- Food Processor’s Motor and Control switch = 1 years from purchase date
- Vacuum Cleaner’s Motor and Control switch = 1 years from purchase date
- Frying Pan, Skillet, Wok’s Hot plate and Handle in term break only (Warranty does not apply for Non stick surface and Glass lids) = 1 years from purchase date
The warranty will be no charge for labor fees and spare part (user will responsible for Transportation fees)
After 1 year warranty, user will responsible for labor fees, spare part, transportation fees and all expenses.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The user has to show this warranty card or receipt when asking for services.
Otherwise, the free-of-charge service is not applicable.
2. The warranty card is invalid in case of
a. Model name and serial number do not correspond between the warranty card and the repaired goods.
b. The warranty card has been tampered, Defaced, altered or edited in any manner
3. In case over 1 year warranty, user will be responsible for all expenses.
4. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from faulty installation and does not cover maintenance and cleaning services.
5. The warranty does not cover the products which being used outside Thailand.
6. The warranty does not cover any defect caused by the following cases:
a. Business or commercial use or misuse from instruction manual.
b. Natural calamity such as flood, thunder-bolt, any natural disaster, etc.
c. Fire, Chemical, Gas, Abnormal Electricity.
d. Damages from all kind of animals.
e. Alteration, Modification, Wrong repairing or Transportation.
7. Out-of-warranty part are:
a. Internal parts such as rubber, rubber belt, Driver wheel any kinds of filter and etc.
b. External parts such as bowl, blade, non stick surface, cabinet, knob, remote controller, battery, and all accessories; beater, whisk, hook etc.
c. Accessories which being made of rubber or plastic.
8. In the case of dispute, all reference text shall be in Thai.
